Returns & Refunds
We want you to love everything you order from Chow With Lau. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to help. This page explains how to return an item, request a refund, or arrange an exchange.
1. Returns Policy
Changed Your Mind?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within
14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Please note:
- We cannot accept returns on
perishable, personalised, or clearance items.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Received the Wrong Item or Something Faulty?
We’re so sorry if something’s gone wrong with your order. If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@chowwithlau.com.
Include your order number and a brief description (with photos if possible) so our team can resolve it quickly.
3. Refunds
How Refunds Work
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within
5–10 working days.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
Need a Different Size or Item?
If you’d like to exchange an item, please email us at
hello@chowwithlau.com before returning it so we can confirm availability.
Exchanges are processed once your original item has been received and inspected.
5. How to Return Your Order
Simple Return Steps
- Email
hello@chowwithlau.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
- Package your item securely and include your order details inside.
- Post it using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
